I believe that life is precious
I believe that moments only happen once
I believe that we should live in the today, the now and be thankful for today & tomorrow
I believe that life is a gift
I believe that if we stop and listen that we will notice things that could impact our life

I believe in love, that love comes from God and that He asks us to show love

I wrote this after reading an instagram photo caption by Jasmine Star that talked about seeing the cup “half full” which lead mee to contemplate what I believed in. After moving around so much and being around so many different belief systems, ideas and people, I have really been thinking about what is at my core. What do I believe it, what do I want to live and what do I want to hold steadfast to? Beliefs, from what I am finding are different than emotions or feelings. Beliefs are what you hold on to, when the feelings are not there and when the emotion is all over the ball park. Knowing what you believe is like knowing your foundation, knowing where to stand on. I am still growing and learning and hope to add on to this, but this is a start of getting it on paper. This really says who I am. Further than the coffee lover, mommy, runner, dancer…those are all things I do as a RESULT of “I Believe.”
