Kerri.
Have you ever met someone that you were SURE was from down south? I get tricked every time! Her smile lights up the room and you know that she has walked in.
It’s like one of those moments where you are talking to someone, you both are already sitting in the room, getting caught up on how both of your families are doing. All of a sudden, with a mighty wind gust, the door in the room blows open and the sun rays pop, come shinning into the dark room. Immediately you feel a shiver all over, not realizing until this moment that you guys had been sitting what seemed like the dark, and now the sun is pouring in and the warm wind is blowing. You put your hand up over your eye brows to shade the bright light, curious to see what in the world is standing in the doorway. And of course, like a shaded silhouette with all the light bursting all around her, in walks Kerri. Gorgeous hair, and clothes like you want to have in your closet. You thought that was all you could handle, didn’t think it could get any better, until she smiles, yes she SMILES. When she smiles you smile, the friend you are talking with next to you smiles and an “ahhh” sound goes all across the group of people in the room. Everyone immediately feels better now that Kerri smiled. She walks over to you, YES YOU, and tells you the sweetest thing ever. If your heart didn’t melt before, it surely did now.
You are surprised because she doesn’t have a southern twang to her voice, but everything else about her is warm, friendly and super sweet. Yes like Snikerdoodles, sweet. That kind of southern.
When she asked mee to do a photoshoot with her, I almost groaned because I knew I wouldn’t be able to have a bad day after I had a photoshoot with her, I knew we would be smiling so much, our cheeks would hurt.
And here is Kerri. The sweetest, the one that lights up the room-you can’t help but to smile and be friendly after spending time with her. She is contagious.
